Yay! I’m glad to hear about this. And for the next question…any idea when it will be released? 😉
This is the post that helped me with the regions last time: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/mobile-menu-issue-with-location-switcher/
Thank you.
So sorry Lydia, I thought you were using a GD theme!
I was using that previously. I’ll give it a try again and post the results. Thank you.
Unfortunately the child theme is not set up this way as traditional child themes go. It takes a bit of getting used to, but after using the code snippets plugin (I normally edit child theme files) I can say that it’s much easier and more manageable.
You actually place that code snippet using the plugin. Otherwise, you would edit core files and with each update, your changes would all be lost.
The way the themes are set up, the code snippet plugin is really the best way to go.
That was for the region. I don’t think we got to a fix for the cities.
And you have tried to change the region several times? I am seeing this behavior in the third region change.
If you can’t duplicate I will try to do a Screencast. Thank you.
Also, the cities load, but on the third change, they do not. The cities that are loaded in the third change are for another region, not the current one selected.
But it does load the cities, just in the given example, if you go from one region to another, it does not.
This happens upon the second region setting. So if you set and change it works. If you try to change again, the cities don’t properly display.
This reminds me about another issue I wanted Stiofan to look into. Should I put here or start a new topic?
Hi, when you change the region the respective cities for that region should load. That’s not happening. If you go to a region and observe the loaded cities, you’ll notice that those cities aren’t changing upon changing the region.
Yes, the admin panel is displayed just fine in bigger screens. Responsiveness minimized the menu labels.
Sure. Glad it worked. 😉
Does this happen with existing listings or on newly created ones too?
I see that you have some errors on your site. I see an error in locating the image and a mixed content error.
You can try to install the SSL Insecure Content Fixer plugin, and try to create a new listing to see if the issue persists.
Sorry I couldn’t help more! But sit tight, you’ll find that the support here is really dependable.
