I’m making the additional check. Probably adding more work for me, but I want a bit more control over how listings are managed. 🙂
No worries though, I’ve played around a bit and I’ve figured out a way that works for my needs. Thank you.
I believe that would be in the Geodirectory core file.
Got it. Thank you for your help.
Do you currently have listings in various post types?
Yes, change the settings in your place type setting. In the section that reads: Show in what location? You determine what will be shown in various areas related to a listing.
I can see looking at your previous screen shot that one listing type shows the price, while the other doesn’t, which will cause that particular widget to be a different size because it displays additional details.
I don’t want the “Add Listing” and “Claim Listing” bunched in the same process, unless they are paid listings.
For free listings, I will be manually changing the author to admin on front-end submissions and invite users to claim their listings after publication if they are the business owners. I just thought that if there was a way for admin to always be the default author, I could eliminate that additional check. 🙂
Thank you. I was changing it in the multi-ratings settings. 🙂
That’s free, there is no license.
You just download and upload them like any out external plugin, then you activate it and add you license. 😊
Hi again @korchung. For some reason I am unable to change the colors of the star ratings. I tried to change it in my reviews settings in GD and I’ve even changed it with CSS, but on the front end, the orage color still shows, instead of the yellow color I am setting.
Even my !important tag is being over-ridden. Not sure what I’m doing wrong here. Can you please have a look?
Also, how would I get some color into the empty stars too? Is that possible? Thank you.
Great news. Thank you.
This might be helpful. 🙂
As long as you filled out that “test listing” out with all the details you want you should be able to just follow that.
I would add a few at a time and see the results and get familiar with the process.
Create a listing, then export it. You’ll get a template with the headers and you can just follow the format.
How again, just reminding you about this. 🙂
