Thanks for the reply. I was adding everything in the wrong template.

I’d like to customize this page further so I would need your opinion on my approach:

I want to set up a fullwidh div below the menu on top of which i want to display info like listing name, address, photos etc. I will manage the layout but wasn’t sure if my thought process is correct.

At the moment the div sits at the end of the header.php however i think that the query to pull the info for a listing is done in a different page. If i want to benefit from the php variables that already carry that info I’d need to move the div to the page where the listing is displayed. I’m not sure which one that is. Can you point in the right direction?

Also how can I identify the php variables / arrays that carry the data. I would then echo them out on top of my div…

or at least that’s my take on this.

I have whoop theme installed and was wondering if there is a feature to show below each review some sort of voting button like: useful / funny / cool. This can really drive activity within the site. Not sure if under development or will be in the future but i believe it is an important feature.

Curious if points 2 and 3 can be solved.

4.I was refering to the reviews displayed in the recent reviews widget for example. Can these show the useful / not useful buttons?

Thanks for the tip it does work without the &. I guess I can manually adjust them after import.

After i’ve imported a part of my menu (as it has quite a few categories ~200 items) i’ve noticed that i can’t add more categories to the menu.

Do you know if there is a limit for how many categories can be added? IF so, how can this be raised?

I’m trying to set up the whole list in a colapsable vertical accordion menu but whenever I make an update to it and save it reverts to the number of items it had.

ok so i can then skip the cat_description.

the cat_image is useful as I would need something custom.

if i got this right, a listing can have multiple categories, and i can select several categories that match and it will show in the results for each category.

I was asking more related to the display of the menu for example:

parent category: Restaurants
child -chinese
child -lebanese
child -pizza
child -fast-food

and also

parent category: Going out
child – parks
child – cinema
child – pizza

so basically having pizza in both main categories. Would there be a workaround or would a developer be able to solve this?
