Hello Ria,
The double description issue fixed after i disabled description field display on “Listings page” location (From CPT > Settings > Custom Fields > Description > “Show in extra output location”).
For badge issue, please update GeoDirectory v2.0.0.43 to v2.0.0.44 and let us know how it goes.

In v2 CPT Listings shortcode no longer supported. The site you provided for reference is v1. We will check and see if we can implement CPT Listings widget in v2 as well.
Till then if you can you custom html to display CPTs instead of Categories under search bar.

Not excat sure about next release, but if you want to fix this on your productions site, then you can copy file \wp-content\plugins\geodir_claim_listing\includes\class-geodir-claim-form.php from your current site to production site.

One events may have many schedules so for events if current listing excluded then it will not show future schedules for the viewing events.

I have done v1 to v2 conversion on our tests site, but not replicated similar issue. I will check this point again when i need to do v1 to v2 conversion on any site in future. If it replicate the issue then i will surely fix it.
I had an issue with the Claim Listing conversion which assigned the value ‘2’ to all unclaimed listings.
This has been already fixed.

On cancel of subscription the listing should be expired/downgraded after the end of subscription period end.
This has been already implemented and will be available in next release of Payment Manager v2.0.35.Kiran
