In backend Re-Captcha Settings settings, the option “Disable Google reCAPTCHA for” lists all the currently available user roles.
If are not able to see any role there in list then let me know that role name.

The claim listing addon patch fix has been updated on your site. Now only listings with “claimed” value “1” only will display as a verified.
For import csv problem, this is due to mess up data in csv file. Please try steps Export CSV -> Edit in CSV -> Import again.

There is a minor bug, when claimed has value “NULL” instead of “1” or “0” it shows as a claimed listing, “NULL” value should not consider listing as a claimed.
The problem has been fixed and will be reflected in next release of Claim Manager.Let us provide FTP details if you wish to update it now on your site before the next release.
Your second screenshot shows that the columns data messed, thats why you can’t able to re-import csv.
Check attached screenshot for which options to choose before opening CSV in open office. Try to untick “Space” option.Let us know if you have any query.

Please check now on both site problem solved. It happened because of conflicts between home map widget & detail page map.
FYI: the site https://www.hearabouthere.com is running with GeoDirectory v1.6.10 so updating it to v1.6.11 will loose changes updated by me.
So after updating it to v1.6.11 you have to update following files
UPDATE geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/map-functions/js/map.js FROM https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kprajapatii/geodirectory/master/geodirectory-functions/map-functions/js/map.js
UPDATE geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/map-functions/js/map.min.js FROM https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kprajapatii/geodirectory/master/geodirectory-functions/map-functions/js/map.min.jsSite https://firewoodconnect.com is already updated to v1.6.11, with that site, there is not any problem.

Listing slug auto generated from post title during lisitng added. If slug already used by other post then it attaches the suffix like -2 to the slug.You have some duplicate entries in locations table for same city.
Ex:
Wien, Wien, Austria
Wien, Wien, ÖsterreichI have re-save default location from Manage Location section.

We have released new version for GeoDirectory core, which has now available “alive_days” column in exported csv file.
Please update GeoDirectory plugin -> export listings -> set alive_days -> import.Let us know if problem still exists.
FYI: alive_days are used in renew listing process, suppose listing(with 365 alive_days) has 10 days left and going to renew then it will set expiry date after 10 + 365 days from today.

Try it after disabling all non GD Plugins and/or changing the theme.
