I’ve just exported my GD data to a .csv file and attached it in this reply. Could you please check on it and see if it’s what you’re looking for? Check out this section of the documentation for more info about importing/exporting in GD https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/ . I hope it helps.

If you’re trying to change the category name, try editing the categories in the “Place Category” as shown in this screenshot. http://prntscr.com/b5ek2a . Let us know how it goes.
