Hi Brett,
I’ve just made the changes for you, could you please check on your end and see if it’s what you’re looking for?
Thanks!
Hi Emmanuel,
I believe you can use shortcodes to display listing title and location on your slider https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/ . Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Igor Tretyak,
Glad that you sorted it out. Well, let us know if you need anything further.
Thanks!
Hi YA,
Just letting you know that I’ve already assigned another member of the team to assist you with your concern. 🙂
Thanks!
Hi Danielle,
Sorry, I’m not getting this. Could you tell us a little bit more about what you’re trying to achieve?
Thanks!
Hi Mike,
I’ve just checked your Website and some of the menu links are blocked/covered by an invisible column from the Clef login plugin. You might want to check on the plugin settings. By the way, this looks like an issue with the theme itself, I’d suggest contacting your theme author regarding your questions.
Thanks!
Hi Mike,
Dummy data should work regardless your membership status. It is part of the free plugin.
That could be due to a conflict with another plugin or a theme’s script.
If you provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply (only staff can read them), we will have a look for you.
Thanks!
Hi Mike,
There must be a conflict with another plugin. De-activate non-GD plugins one by one until you find the culprit. If the problem persists, go ahead and share temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Brett,
Go to GD > custom post types, and change the order of the CPTs there.
Thanks!
Hi Thomas,
Let me answer the rest of your questions.
1. Unfortunately, search results cannot be sorted. But you can add custom filters to the search with the Advanced Search addon.
3. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be achievable using custom CSS. A workaround would be to replace the search bar template manually using a child theme. Here’s a guide on how to overwrite the GD plugin using child theme https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/
4. I believe that is created using custom CSS and JS. 🙂
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Thomas,
Thanks for writing in. I’ll try to answer your questions accordingly.
1. I’d like you to refer to this section of the documentation and see if it helps https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#sorting
2. You can customize the listing sidebar using the Custom Field Options https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#custom
3. Possible using custom CSS, please provide URL
4. You can insert category images as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/b0hq1l
I hope it helps.
Thanks!
Hi Andreu,
Could you please provide your login URL? I can’t seem to open this page http://quehacerenmenorca.es/wp-admin/
Thanks!
Hi Brett,
Thanks for reaching us. I don’t think our plugin is capable of optimizing the image sizes. Have you checked out some of these plugins that might help you out?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/Also, please make sure that you’re not using any of these plugins listed in this page https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/
Furthermore, grab a copy of this plugin created by us to speed up your Website https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/gd-booster/
Let us know how it goes or if it helps.
Thanks!
Hi photovacations,
Alright then. Let us know if you need anything further.
Thanks!
Hi photovacations,
The GD map seems to look nice when I visit the link you posted. Did you happen to fix this since you opened this thread? http://prntscr.com/b0fclf
Thanks!
