Thanks for your post. Before we proceed further with the investigation, could you please go through the standard conflict test and see if it helps? What you need to do here is to deactivate all non-gd plugins one by one and see if it fixes the issue you had there. If the issue persists, kindly grant us “administrative” access to your Website backend and we’ll check this out further.
