Thanks for your reply. Just tested it on your backend and I’m able to see the issue there. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP values listed below and see if it helps?

Hi Leonardo,

There is an option that allows you to switch to Fontawesome icon at GD > Design > Details > DEFAULT RATING SETTINGS as shown in the attached. You can even adjust the rating stars icon using that.
