Hi Tony,

There isn’t an option in GD or WP that allows you to edit the rights for admin/non-admins. You can only achieve this using a 3rd party plugin like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/

Featured listings are made by creating different “price” packages using the Pricing Manager: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/pricing-manager/ . You’ll have to purchase the “Pricing Manager” addon and set it up following the instructions here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/prices-and-payments-add-on-overview/#prices
