Thanks for reaching us. I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Looks like something is conflicting with GD as I’m able to see a console error. Looks like your hosting provide deactivated the “Code Snippet” plugin by renaming it. Please follow this guide to create a new FTP user https://my.godaddy.com/help/add-ftp-users-1236 . Then share it to us in private reply and we’ll assists you further with this.

Hi there,

I’m using Chrome by the way. I think this is some sort of browser cache related issue. Could you try clearing the browser cache or disable all chrome extensions and see if it helps?

Not sure what’s going on as the “Code Snippet” shouldn’t be causing such issues. Could you please provide FTP access so that I could deactivate the “Code Snippet” plugin manually? Please use the private reply option below.
