I’ve just performed a search on the “geodirectory-en_US.po” and I’m able to locate this texts “Tags are short keywords, with no space within.(eg: tag1, tag2, tag3) Up to 40 characters only.” as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/gikc0z . Did it work when you translated it? If not, please share WP and FTP access to your server so that I could inspect further.

As for displaying the review and add photos, edit, share, bookmark buttons, that would require customization and I hope you understand.
