Hi Charles,
I’ve just inspected your Website and I noticed that you’re still using an older versions of the GD addons. Please update everything and see if it fixes the issue there.
Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Vasu,
I’m able to see the issue now, you’re trying to insert more than one city into your listing. I’d like you to know that by default, GD plugin only allows you to add a single city/country/region and if you want to add more cities/countries/regions, you’ll need to purchase the “Location Manager” addon. https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/ . So, in your case, you can only import listings which is in India (Karnataka-Bengaluru) .
Thanks!
Hi Vasu,
Can I have your Website Login URL please?

Hi lars,
The background colors are controlled by your theme. Use the custom CSS code below to overwrite it or there maybe some settings you’ve left out?

Hi Vasu,
I’m referring to this column in this CSV file http://prntscr.com/eq7az9 . Have you inserted a city to the listings? Send me the updated CSV file.
Thanks!
Hi Vasu,
You need to provide a city for your listing too. Could you fill that up and try again?
Thanks!
Hi Lars,
I’ve just checked your Website and it looks fine. You’ll just have to apply some paddings to GD using the code below so it looks neater. Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
#geodir-wrapper { padding:20px!important; }Thanks!
You’re Welcome and enjoy GD.
Hi omnicity,
