MultiRating Not working

    I have GeoDirectory Modern.

    I did the following configurations:
    – Enable multirating
    – Enable review on comments
    – Enable comment list sorting

    I created also a “rating styles” and added in “Created Ratings”. I also activated the “Allow people to post comments on new articles” in Settings -> Discussion Settings.

    In the view of the business I can see the tab “Reviews” with sorting list. There is no way to write a review.

    I get this when i try to login
    “ACCOUNT PENDING: Your account is currently not active. An administrator needs to activate your account before you can login.”

    Hi Charles,

    I’ve just inspected your Website and I noticed that you’re still using an older versions of the GD addons. Please update everything and see if it fixes the issue there.

    But in the older version also it should work rit? Because I have to renew my license to update. I want to wait to renew.

    Hi Charles,

    Well, it’s hard to tell but it seems you’ve updated the core GD plugin to the latest version. Probably it worked before the update or else you can try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it fixes the issue.

    Hi Charles,

    I’m not sure what that plugin is about. Does it belong to the theme? But I’m sure GD doesn’t rely on that plugin to work. Let us know how it goes.
