#2 Could you please share your Website URL with us so we could have a better look at your issue? Also, the banners and texts can be added through Widgets and since it’s a details page, try adding it into GD Detail Top Section/Sidebar.

please check GD >> General >> Select CPT to disable physical location.

If you selected your custom post type there, that’s what it’ll happen.
