Sorry, I’m not really sure if I’m getting this. I don’t think you can display GD listings on a VC post grid module. Anyway, it’s hard to tell without seeing the live site and doing some inspecting, could you probably upload your Website to a staging URL so we can take a look? Also, it would be better if you could provide some samples and the WP admin credentials.

I’ve inserted the custom CSS into the GD plugin and it should remain there unless you remove it and to clarify theme updates will not remove the custom CSS.

I’ve just checked those screenshot and it definitely looks like a conflict with another plugin or perhaps your theme. Please go ahead and perform the conflict test by deactivating all non-gd plugins and reactivating each to determine which 3rd party plugin is causing the issue. Let us know how it goes.
