Hi there,
I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Looks like all listings are gone and I can’t seem to find any trace of any listing. Did you perform a migration or did you make any adjustments to your database earlier?
At the meantime, try contacting your hosting provider and see if they have a backup copy of your Website.
Thanks!
Hi Tim,
Unfortunately, what you needed there isn’t something that is currently possible to achieve out of the box. This would probably require customization which falls outside the scope of what we offer for support.
Thanks!
Hi there,
Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

Hi Rachida,
Check out the “LISTING GENERAL SETTINGS” option from this section of the documentation and see if it helps. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#listings .
Thanks!
Hi Jimmy,
I’ve just checked your Websites and I’m able to see the issue there. The reason is because you have a shorter page title for this Website http://www.alliredell.com/ . Try using the custom CSS code below and see if it works. Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
.sd.home .featured-area .geodir-pcat-show{ width: auto; }
Hi Terry,
Thanks for your reply, I’ve just checked your Website using Google responsive inspector tool and your homepage looks fine on responsive views. Do you mind sharing a screenshot of how it looks like from your end?

Hi there,
Are you able to display the dropdown and select the Weekly/Monthly/Yearly filter as shown in the video on the documentation page? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-core-plugin-google-analytics/ If you don’t have that, do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

Hi John,
Geolocation functionality depends on the browser and mobile device. If it’s GPS enabled, it will request for your permission whether you are allowing the browser to track your location. By the way, are you having issues with it?
Thanks!
Hi Sithonia,
All settings should be intact since everything is saved in the database.
Thanks!
Hi Konstanze,
I’d like you to check out this section of the documentation as it explains how you can add/remove the navigation menu items. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#navigation . As for sorting listings, check out this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#sorting
Thanks!
Hi Jimmy,
Since you’re already using the child theme (Supreme Directory), updating the Directory starter theme will not effect your Website.
Thanks!
Hi Sithonia,
Do you mind sharing a screenshot of how it looks like from your end?

Hi Sithonia,
I’ve just applied the custom CSS code below into your Website and it should fix the issue there. Could you please check on it?
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { .geodir_flexslider .geodir-slides img { max-width: inherit!important; } }
