Hi Duster,
I’ve just updated the plugins for you and it seems to fix the issue there. Here’s a screenshot for your reference http://prntscr.com/cx0yng . Well, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Duster,
And the Login URL of the website is?
Hi Duster,
Sorry about that, just paste the login credentials here and use the private reply option below. http://prntscr.com/cwzqmo
Hi Duster,
Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look?
Hi Danielle,
I’m sorry for the late response. I’ve just checked your Website and it looks like you did not insert the Google Analytics tracking code http://prntscr.com/cwzedd . Could you check on it? As per requirement https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-core-plugin-google-analytics/ , you need to have that.
Thanks!
October 21, 2016 at 6:13 am in reply to: Popular Locations Widget Only Displays Partial Results #288972Hi Scott,
This looks like a duplicate thread https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/popular-locations-widget/ . I’m closing this one to avoid confusion.
Hi john,
Glad that you figured it out. Let us know if you need anything else.
Hi there,
One of our developers just fixed the issue there. The reason it is not working is because you have two “custom post types” with the same slug. Well, let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hi Scott,
Please avoid duplicating your questions as you’ve already opened a new topic regarding the “Popular Locations Widget”
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/popular-locations-widget/Thanks!
Hi Scott,
Unfortunately, achieving that would require customization which falls outside the scope of what we offer for support. You can probably find someone in this forum that could help you out https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/forum/geodirectory-jobs/ .
Thanks!
Hi Scott,
Did you set any values to the “Number of locations to be shown on each page.” field? It should display all locations by default. If the issue persists, do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Luxman,
I’ve just checked with a developer and this isn’t something that is currently possible. But you can try to follow this article and see if it helps http://acoupletravelers.com/how-to-disable-plugins-on-home-page/ . Well, let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Tshepo,
Could you try resaving the permalinks and see if it works for you? Navigate to Settings > Permalinks and resave it. If the issue persists, do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
