Hi Taras,
By default, you can add tags in the add listing page. http://prntscr.com/ccxfa9 Am I misunderstanding your question?
Thanks!
Hi Diane,
Could you please provide the account information that you’ve previously reviewed and it’s not showing up? Also, regarding the submit review issue, which account did you submit with? Can I have that login info to check on that too?
Hi glbtyp,
Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below. Also, do you mind listing down the steps in order to recreate the issue? Are you adding the events on the frontend or the backend?
Thanks!
Hi Matt,

September 1, 2016 at 9:35 am in reply to: How do I change ALIVE DAYS ARE 30 AS OM FEATURE BUSINESS LISTING LISTING. #257328Hi Ruby,
To change that to unlimited, go to GD > Prices & Payments > Prices > Edit your Package > set is as “0” > “Number Of Days” as shown in this screenshot. http://prntscr.com/ccu8mn . Give it a try and let us know if it’s what you’re looking for.
Thanks!
Hi Joel,
It’s enabled by default in the detail listing, here’s the link to demo http://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/places/united-states/california/san-francisco/restaurants/burger-factory/ . Could you elaborate a little bit more about what you’re trying to achieve?
Thanks!
Hi there,
May I know what error code are referring to? Perhaps it would be better if you could provide some screenshots.
Thanks!
Hi Kim,
Sure thing. Well, let us know how it goes or if you need anything else.
September 1, 2016 at 6:15 am in reply to: New Registration / Login Page throwing 404 – settings seem to be all set #257289Hi Sarah,
Do you think you can share FTP access to your server? I’ll need it to check further. I think you have the same problem similar to this one https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/priblem-with-add-listing/#post-160329 , so I’m just going to do the same and see if it works.
Thanks!
September 1, 2016 at 4:17 am in reply to: Can not get event categories in home page search drop down #257251Hi Gabriel,
I’d like you to know that the category will only be displayed if you’ve listings in that particular category. For example, if you would like to display only “Events” on the dropdown menu. Unpublish all the “Places” listings. If you wish to hide the dropdown, you can use the custom CSS code below.
.geodir-search .search_by_post { visibility:hidden; }
Thanks!
Hi joel,
I’ll try to answer your questions accordingly.
#1 “Notice that the content is hugging the left-hand side of the column, and it needs some spacing to make it look better.”
Try using the custom CSS code below to give it some spacing.
.geodir-sidebar-wrap { margin-left: 20px; }
#2 “Secondly, on the category page, the “Popular Categories” area has the bullets. Where do I edit the CSS here to remove the bullets and just show the Categories and icons?”
Try using the custom CSS code below to remove the bullets.
.geodir_full_page .geodir-cat-list ul li { list-style: none; }
#3 Try using this custom CSS to apply spacing to the left.
#geodir-wrapper { margin-left: 20px; }
Do you have an account I could use so that I could see the dashboard on the right column? Furthermore, if you need to include more than one country, you’ll have to purchase the “Location Manager” addon https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/
Thanks!
Hi Guillaume,
I’ve just checked your Website and the custom links seems to work fine when I tested it. I’m able to save it without issues. Here’s a screenshot for your reference http://prntscr.com/ccju5t . Or am I misunderstanding your issue?
Thanks!
Hi Justmark,
Try using this custom CSS code below to align the categories to the center. Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
.geodir-cat-list ul li { float: none; display:inline-block; margin-top:20px; }
Hi there,
Go to GeoDirectory >> Design >> Listings >> New listing default status (set to draft). This will require admins to manually publish the listings.
Thanks!
Hi Diane,
Thanks for reaching us. I’ve just checked your Website and everything seems to be working fine. I think you might have confused with an author post and a user review. To test this, I’ve login as an admin to your Website and written a test review here on this page http://wellnesshive.ca/directory/canada/british-columbia/vernon/chakra-reading-healing/rain-wellness-chakra-healing/comment-page-1/#comment-155 and when I checked on the admin profile tab, I’m able to see a value in the review counter and also the review here . http://wellnesshive.ca/members/wellnessadmin/reviews/ . So there’s actually nothing wrong with it. Let us know if you need anything else.
Thanks!
