Hi Kip,
We need the admin access to this URL https://dev-server-4.com/places/ . Could you please provide that?
Thanks!
Hi Prabhu,
Looks like the map is hidden by the child theme. I’ve inserted the custom CSS code below and it seems to fix it. Could you please check on it?
.stick_trigger_container { display: block; }
Hi Betty,
Do you think you can share temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Hi Prabhu,
Thanks for sharing the credential. I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. You need to have at least one category for the map to work. Check out this section of the doc https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/guide-to-setting-up-your-geodirectory-website/#listing
Hi Prabhu,
We’ll need admin access to the backend to check further. Please use the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Elad,

Hi Derick,
Please go through this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/guide-to-setting-up-your-geodirectory-website/#install as it explains how you can import dummy data to your Website.
Thanks!
Hi Peter,
Like what Guust has mentioned on that thread, you need to have the Payments Manager addon activated https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/payments-manager/ . If it still doesn’t work for you, could you please share temp admin access to your Website so we can check further? Feel free to use the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Elad,
I wouldn’t suggest that you edit the core child theme files, but instead, you can use filters/hooks to perform your modifications. Here’s the link https://wpgeodirectory.com/codex/codex/ . What are you trying to change anyway? If it’s not much work, we can probably help you with this.
Thanks!
Hi there,
Yes, we’ll need the backend access. Meanwhile, could you try resaving the permalinks and see if it fixes the issue there? To do that, go to WP dashboard > settings > permalinks. If it still doesn’t work, try republishing the older posts.
Thanks!
Alright, let us know if you need anything further.
Hi Mark,
I believe that can achieve by using the “Location Manager” addon. Check out this link and see if it’s what you’re looking for. https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/
Thanks!
Hi there,
Could you try using the custom CSS code below? Insert into Gd > Design > Script > Custom Style CSS If it doesn’t work, do you mind sharing the URL of the site in question so we can take a look? You can use the private reply option below.
.featured-area::before { background-color: transparent!important; }

Hi Jimmy,
You should be able to adjust the menus in GD > Design > Navigation > Post Type Navigation Settings. If it doesn’t work, could you please share WP temp admin credentials for us to check further?
Thanks!
