Listing 404 Not Found

    Hi,

    We have created a new CPT and added a couple of listings in there, but we are having trouble in viewing the other listings. I mean the other listings are 404, That’s for the newly created CPT only. There are a total of 13 published listing inside the Fashion post type and we only see 2 listing atm.

    Let me know if you need access to the site backend.

    Hi there,

    Yes, we’ll need the backend access. Meanwhile, could you try resaving the permalinks and see if it fixes the issue there? To do that, go to WP dashboard > settings > permalinks. If it still doesn’t work, try republishing the older posts.

    Hi, If you go to the Fashion and Arts listings, most of them are not working.

    Thanks for the info, that CPT does not have any categories, it looks like it might have and then maybe it was deleted or maybe you imported but had not added the category yet?

    I have tried to add a CPT category and still the same. What could be the issue? I wasn’t like this before.

    Hi there,

    Just letting you know that our developer has fixed your issue there. Looks like an issue with the database, resaving GD, CPT and permalink options seems to fix it. Could you please check on your end?

    Hi there,

    Like I’ve mentioned earlier, the links appear to work fine after we’ve resaved the permalinks, Gd permalinks, location settings and CPT settings. You might want to do the same thing if it happens again.
