Hi Matthew,
I’ve just checked your Website and it looks like you’ve removed our GD plugin. I’m sorry for all the trouble you have experienced here, please give us a chance to help you out. For this, I would need you to install the plugin again and share us a page where you need the map to be in full width.
Thanks!
Hi there,
You’re welcome and please let us know if you need anything further.

Hi there,

Hi Hennie,
I’ve just tested it on our demo and it seems to be working fine. Check it out here. http://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/places/united-states/california/san-francisco/hotels/eire-inn/ . Do you think you can share temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Matthew,
I’ve just checked your Website and I’d like you to know that the widget area “GD Home Top Section” http://prntscr.com/bsfn9y will only be displayed on the GD Home Page when it is selected as the front page in Settings > Reading > Front page http://prntscr.com/bsfpdz .
Hi Matthew,
The Google map seems to be working now. Yes, you’ll have to use the “Location Manager” addon if you need to add more than one city.
Thanks!
Hi Bluegnu,
I’m getting this console error when I added an iframe Youtube video. http://prntscr.com/bs0eek . Please check with your hosting provider.
Thanks!
Hi bluegnu,
Do you mind sharing the URL of the site in question so we can take a look? You can use the private reply option below. Also, it would be better if you could share temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look.
Thanks!

Hi Vegeta,
I’ll try to answer your questions accordingly.
1. Regarding the blog posts, we created it using the BeaverBuilder plugin.
2. Regarding the Listing Map on the top of the sidebar, that can be configured here at GD > Design > DETAIL PAGE TAB SETTINGS. Check out this screenshot http://prntscr.com/brf0c7
3. The designs would require custom work. But as for sorting the ratings, you will need to activate MultiRatings, aka Review Manager.
GD > MultiRatings > general tab > Enable comment list sorting: YESLet us know how it goes.
Hi Miles,
I’ve just tested it again using a newer version of an iPad and I’m able to replicate the said issue there. Check out the screenshot attached. I’m transferring this to a developer.
Thanks!
