I created the a write a review page. Now how do I add the widget to it?

Sorry, let me rephrase my question. In terms of search results, this is pertaining to results on my page not Google search. Like when people search for restaurants, etc on my page, once the results are listed, it doesn’t display how many stars, # of reviews, and miles from their location. How do I set it up so that the search results on my page displays that data.

It’s loading for me partially except for the map and the rest of the dummy data that should display below the map (e.g. popular places, etc). This is the same issue as earlier so nothing has changed. I’ve been monitoring it all night. I’m using chrome.
I just deactivated but the problem persists. Guust mentioned something earlier about the virtual pages becoming duplicated?
