    Hi guys,

    Two things happened…

    1. Under Appearance -> Customize: The widgets section disappeared. See screenshot.

    2. My homepage stopped loading fully. The map cannot load and the rest of the content is no longer there.

    What went wrong?

    You’ll have to give some more details, like login etc.
    Widgets are not under customize, but Appearnce > Widgets.
    And to customize GDF you should go to GDF options, not to Appearance.

    what login info do you need? i go to WordPress through ipage.com

    Somehow you managed to duplicate the virtual pages created by GD.
    We’ll have call Vikas for this one.

    Vikas will need your phpadmin and FTP as well.

    That does not give access to your cpanel and database and FTP.

    Hi,

    I checked and found that there is a Javascript error when home page loads and it is due to W3 Total cache plugin. Plz try to deactivate that plugin and see result.

    I just deactivated but the problem persists. Guust mentioned something earlier about the virtual pages becoming duplicated?
