Sorry guys…
We’re (i’m) getting nowhere here… i basically want to be able to set up the dropdown menu on the left the same way as the (whatshappening) website example does.
Can you give me a step by step guide on how to set this up ??? ….i’ve trawled the youtube videos for help with this too but to no avial…
unless i can get more support setting this up, LukeTom LTD will need to get a refund for this plugin.

TomIt’s this bit (attached screen) i’m trying to set up… not the ‘customise my search’ option.
I’ve accidentally stumbled across that option… which will be good for future ref.

Thanks for that… i’ve now got the drop down menu on there… BUT another question now.
What i need to do is show the categories in the drop down (like your example on the WhatsHappening website) where you can select a catergory (ie..winery, Casinos, golf courses etc etc)…
How do i set mine to do that… i want to put in things like pet shops, dog kennels, vets etc etc… but obviously those things arn’t events… theyre places but i cant see how to get those place categories (which i’ve created) into the drop down menu on the left???
Please advise… many many thanks for your help in advance.

Thanks for that… yes, sorry, found the design search fields now. Obviously alot to navigate around when not familiar with this system.Point 1… Yes, still struggling… i have both places and event entries in backend… but that little drop down isn’t showing.
Can you advise? ..or go into more detail for point 1 please ??
