No sorry, that’s not what we mean at all. Apologies for not making myself clear.
Currently the area that we’ve highlighted on my original screen grab only displays an image from generic gallery images.
The client has requested that the file specifically for the logo appears in this area. Second screen grab attached showing the logo widget in the dashboard.

I can’t see the ‘Design’ directory within the plugin??? See attached… this is what is in our GD directory.
PLeease advise where the script needs to go?

OK, so I figured out a fix for this last night. Somehow, our ‘admin’ log-in has corrupted.
If I sign in with your credentials we can see the missing listings which previously white screened.
We’ve no idea why? But clearly for the purposes of making progress, we’ll simply add ourselves a new admin account for this site which is a satisfactory work around.
At least, you know, and we know how to resolve any further occurrences of this issue.

LTWe’ve tried on mobile as well. There’s no errors present at server level, nothing in the logs.
Thanks for looking into it, it happened after we were deleting large numbers (100 at a time) of unwanted listings. They just stopped loading after that.
I’m going to try at home shortly, I’ll pick this up again tomorrow if the other guys can’t find a fix.

Yes, we have 3 developers in today and they all see white screen on those two listings.
It’s doing our heads in.
