Hi Paolo,
Is there a way for a user to cancel an allowed geolocation session so when he visits the site in the future he will again be asked if he wants his location to be tracked or not?
Got it. Thank you, Paolo.
And FYI, the demo site is really slow since yesterday. 🙂
Thank you, Paolo.

I knew from the start that those features I requested will be expected (or requested) by many directory site owners. I’m glad the GD team created a voting board.
Hi Brian,
I already posted a similar request (“Better Search Features”) that will not restrict users in one single location on the voting board. So far it’s getting lots of votes along with “Better Geolocation”.

Perhaps you can vote for it too. 🙂
Hi Guust,
I am wondering the same thing too whether we should have that textbox or not. 🙂
Thank you, Brian. You mean adding texts as lpod suggested won’t help?
@marco7, will Voucher Press allow/restrict (based on package plan) listing owners to create vouchers that will be displayed with their listings? It looks like that plugin is created for site admins.
Thanks for sharing that text spinner plugin. The plugin author claims “a unique copy will be generated on each page load”. Do you think it’s worth trying?
I can ask a programmer regarding the spin text option if you can provide more details so I can tell him exactly what needs to be done. We can probably share the cost too. 🙂
@tpodlech, sorry I guess I was writing the same time as you were. Thank you for sharing this info.
What if in addition to texts, we also add the listing date with each listing on the page?
Can this be done with an SEO plugin like Yoast free or premium version?
@tpodlech, when you say text on each City+Category page, will something like a dynamic text somewhere on the body of the page that says “City_Name Category_Name” work?
For example, the page for Los Angeles, California Restaurants will have a dynamic text that will say “Find and Compare Los Angeles Restaurants Below.”
Or something like “Here’s a list of Restaurants in Los Angeles.”
Is this doable?
Hi Paolo,
I am not an SEO expert. I was just reading another thread and Guust suggested this one in his reply.
Can we safely rely on how GD is designed and confidently say we shouldn’t worry about search engine issues?
Thank you for responding, Paolo. We only need to hide those fields on free or certain packages and not on all packages.
Once we do that, will there be a visible switch (on/off) on the package settings or do we also need to add the switch?
