Anyway, I tried to make the coupon code inactive but the inactive option is not working. Nothing happens when I hit the submit button. Perhaps a bug?

The user profile on paypal shows “active” and paypal sent me two messages 5 days apart and they will send me another one after 5 days. If the subscription has been cancelled, why does paypal keep attempting to charge the user?
This reply has been marked as private.Thanks, Paolo. I submitted it as feature request. I noticed a lot of potential listings end up on “pending” status. I think it will increase paid listings if the user doesn’t have to leave our site during the paypal payment process.
