Free Trial + Discount Code Didn't Work?

    I created a yearly listing with a 30-day trial period called New Pro Member. In addition, I included a 20% discount coupon for the first payment.

    A got a listing today but it appears the user was immediately charged instead of after the trial period. The discount was properly applied but is this normal? I was assuming the paypal payment will only kick in after the trial period.

    How can I rectify this? I don’t want to lose another paid listing.
