I am I do not have access to any php files. I am using WordPress.com not .org. Does that make a difference?

I am placing this in here for other users to know. In the jetpack settings pages there is a section for Theme enhancements. Make sure the “Enable the Jetpack Mobile Theme” is unchecked. I have also included a snip of what you are looking for.

This is what I get when I look at the menu on my phone.
The menu items listed in my previous message comes up when I actually use my mobile phone to get a view of the mobile site.
Any progress?
