The default are the fields you find the first time you open up the post type..so yes these are default ones 🙂
If you expand each field you will find a drop down that says “active”… This is self explanatory isn’t it ?:) just switch it to “no” so the field will be deactivatedHello Kat, is the field a default one? In this case you can’t delete it..but you can deactivate it (you can deactivate all fields).

You have to do that via ftp .never edit a file from backend because you will lose the undo feature if something is wrong
