Hello Stacey, no worries about stupid questions, there are only “stupid answers” 🙂
For checkboxes you can use 1 or 0 as values, 1 is yes, and 0 is no (obviously). (example column geodir_takeout will have 1 if yes, 0 if no)
For multiple values just use commas in the columns (example: value1, value2)

Hello, you can edit the .po file in the geodir_location_manager plugin (follow this tutorial for the translation but keep in mind that you need use this path /wp-content/languages/geodirlocation/ for the po/mo files, once edited)
For some unknown reasons, I had the duplicate alert plugin disabled when testing, now I have enabled it but it’s the same: when uploading a CSV with same entries, it will duplicate the entries. To be honest, I ran different tests, even adding the entry manually (with the duplicated alert set to notify me if the title is duplicated) but i didn’t receive any notification about the duplicated listing. I will notify Paolo, he might address what’s wrong.
I’m afraid but you should manually edit this via wordpress backend or via phpmyadmin, editing the geodir_place_details (or any post type you have created, e.g. geodir_restaurants_details if restaurants) and then editing the column for each field (these are self explanatory such as post_title, post_address etc..)
Hello Stacey, it will duplicate the entries.
Hello, try to download the update and install it manually from here

Hello,
if you go to the link of the city/state/region, you will search only within that area, for example if you go here http://wpgeo.directory/location/united-states/ you will see all the listing filtered in the united states, same happens if you go here http://wpgeo.directory/location/united-states/illinois/ , all the listing in Illinois. Same works for the city.Is that what you want?
S.The problem is with your theme, it won’t set the menu to the theme location. If you click manage location in the menu page, and you set a menu, the option remains unsaved.
Ive seen you added more than one plugin for menus, did you also edit/added code? Can you give us your URL and login details pleasE?
Apologies, I did look at the first 5 dates and in a rush I said that 🙂
it seems it doesn’t sort by expiry date, it will sort by publish date in any case, as Guust said.
Try the Megamenu (see demo here and se if it’s ok for what you need)
Hello, did you create a menu in WordPress (Appareance-menu)?
