May 7, 2015 at 11:53 am in reply to: Can't edit listing options as they're set to default and won't change? #38918Hi Sally, had a look in you price packages, and you do have a mess 🙂
it seems fine, Ive checked only the GD_PLACE prices and you have a basic listing (free and default) package, then an advanced, and a featured. What I did is to change the DISPLAY ORDER, so the basic is 0, the advanced is 1 and the premium is 2. Everything seems to be working fine. Check the post type and assign the proper display order in the packages.
Hi, it might be due to some conflict with some of your other plugin. I tried to insert a new comment, and then to delete it, and now it works as it should. It was like there was some kind of cache
Hi Valèrie, I can’t remember the old problem on your old website 🙂
Could you please write the steps you make in order to reproduce the issue please?
thanksHello, if you’re talking about the map categories in the bottom-right corner of the map, you can hide it via CSS, but this will be hiding the list on all home map widgets you will use on your website (it is not individual).
The code to hide it is the following:
.map_category, .trigger { display:none; }
Hello, try to re-save your username/psw in the Auto Update settings.
You can however download all your plugins from your account pageHello Selen, it is still the same issue with WPML. What I did is to deactivate WPML and then re-activate it, and all is working now
Hello, on the map widget, you can choose to collapse/not collapse the child category (see attach)
you’re welcome 🙂
I’ll ask to the developer so he will add a span class to the date making it hideable via css
Hello Jose,
1-the Link business feature is on backend too, see attach. Check if on top of the page, where it says “Screen Options”, if Businesses has been flagged.(See other screen)
2- that is strange. You mean if you go to Events, in backend, you’re not seeing any post? Have you checked in draft?
3- You can add a custom field in the Events settings, with a Venue Name in it, and display it on the listings page, sidebar or detail tab
Answered to your other thread
Hello, you can add as many additional fields you want, just go in your Place settings and add a textarea, they will show under Category (if you drag the field above the category field)
Hello,
1- you can find the .po file inside plugins/geodir_buddypress/gdbuddypress-languages
Just remember to move the file to wp-content/uploads/languages/gdbuddypress/2- You can find this label in Geodirectory/Custom post types and then edit your post type
Hello,
the date in title is added only for recurring events as requested by many members here, because showing the same event multiple time in the list without the date in the title was confusing (bad UI), because the event below the title can only report the event starting date. -
