Hello Giuseppe,
did you change theme meanwhile? All your widgets area are empty, you need to place the widget in the proper area, also, the Location virtual page was missing, I’ve restored it using the GD Tools.
Hello, you have the attached errors, is this a clean install? Also, the theme had some parse error in the css (some css attribute was closed with a : rather than with ; and some additional } was in there)
Also, it might be that some of your listings might broke the loading of the rest due to some special character, but it’s just a guess. I will notify Stiofan
Do you have the MultiLocation addon? if not, you can only add a default location. You can find the addon here https://wpgeodirectory.com/addons/multilocation/
The settings for the multilocation will appear in the Geodirectory settings
Well, this is a category name, so you should name the category to (In-person)
Hello, your theme had the left sidebar enabled, now it’s ok.
Places is the name of your Post type, in the listings you will find all your custom post types (if more than one)
Hello Alice, on your live website you have GD v.1.3.5 but in your development site you have v1.2.7 which is very different in the structure. Please update (both) and once you update the one on the dev site, be sure to run the GD tools, thanks.
I can se your listings in here
http://www.babywinkeltjes.nl/places/(don’t play with the virtual pages..Ive restored it using the GD Tools)
the correct url to add listings from frontend is add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place
you can add the link in your menu by creating first menu in WordPress (appareances/menu) then going in the Geodirectory settings/Design /Navigation tab, and selecting your previously created menu. From there also, be sure to tick the “Show add listing navigation in menu” option
Hello, the compatibility plugin is no longer needed in 1.3.6, please read this announcement
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/important-release-of-1-3-6/
I will put this to the attention of Stiofan
fixed now, your .htaccess was messed up
Could you provide your FTP login details so we can check please?
Your host maybe needs some tweaks as your permalinks when set are giving a 404. If you run a VPS, you maybe need to enable the a2enmod , and maybe your .htaccess needs some edit as well (permissions set to 666).
could you give us some info about your host?Hello, have you enabled “multicity” in the multilocation settings?
The “More Categories” issue is a bug and it will be fixed in the next release
Hello Tessa, please set the WordPress permalinks to %postname&/ as instructed in the documentation here http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/basic-installation/
To do that, the slideToggle JS needs to be edited.. I’ve alerted Stiofan
