#breadcrumbs {display:none;} h1 {margin-left: 5px; margin-top:-20px;}the correct way would is to add in this style.css (inside your child theme’s folder, in your case Sunrise Child)only the things you want to change, no need touching GD css and then copy it into the style.css inside your child theme
gd_place is the name of the cpt, Places is the label, so you should go for gd_place in your CSV
The user you gave me doesn’t have administration privileges, by the way, I see you only have a breadcrumb modification in your child theme’s style.css …and GD Booster is commenting (disabling) all the occurrences for the child theme’s style.css.

yes it is CPT, Custom Post Type, you can add/edit CPT using the Custom Post Type addon hereAbout the categories, I don’t know how doable it is..I will alert Stiofan about this
You’re using old versions of the GD plugins (GD is 1.2.7, and 1.3.6 is the latest)
