Thanks, I’ll send them an updated request for info
This reply has been marked as private.Yes, we use the advanced sort plugin, it works great. It would just be nice in some cases to have a line item, detail printout but we can just direct callers to our site if they need the info.
You mentioned S2 member, have you compared that to others, such as
wishlist or others? With all the robust features of GD we almost don’t need
a membership plugin. PMP also offers e-learning, digital courseware and on-demand video options that we might want to take advantage of.Integration with GD and AVADA are critical along with timely support.
Thanks for the reply Guust.
Unless things have changed from earlier this year, S2 doesn’t allow us
to do any custom reports or sorting using the fields in the Custom Post types.I just created a post asking if we could do something like that with GD.
After member registration we would like to be able to print out a report by such things as State, occupation, etc. We can do that in GD and view by sorting
but we need to also be able to print it out. Thanks
Thanks for pointing that out to me.
April 15, 2015 at 3:07 pm in reply to: AVada Child theme error since Version 3.8 – April 13th, 2015 #37217Thanks for the update, Would it be OK if we just waited for the update?
Any approx time table for that release?
OK, Avada could not find the problem so they had me switch from my child theme to the actual Avada theme itself. Now it’s up and running. I lost my homepage sidebar and a my footers but it’s basically all back.
I see that the GD Avada child theme is discontinued,
How do I create new child theme or try to fix my current child theme which has an error on line 711.
Or should I do something else?
Thanks

not working.Selecting Join, join now, takes you to our member login choices, all of them
take the user to a blank page nowApril 12, 2015 at 3:54 pm in reply to: All custom fields are missing after Avada and GD Updates #37000This reply has been marked as private. Will this be included in the next update?
Thanks for confirming!
I took a guess and tried this:
#nav ul li { z-index: 1001; }
#snav ul li { z-index: 1002; }It works, but did I do it correctly?
Thanks so much, Avada would rather argue whose to blame than help with the problem.
Good question, I just disabled it.
Do you know why the review that I mentioned above would show up saying zero reviews? I know I checked 5 stars and they don’t show up.
I will try to do another review from a different location and see what happens.
It looks like the one from Guust worked fine. Thanks for your help
That was not my intent. I just wanted the 5 star rating system.
Any idea why mine didn’t show any stars and said Zero REviews? No, that didn’t fix it.
The top menu item ” Find an NASC Professional” , still unable to select one of
the drop down items. This top menu will start working again if I take out the Z-4000 line that AVADA support added to fix the Main menu issue. Then of course the ‘benefits’ menu item
will not let me go to the last few items on the drop down menu. -
