Why don’t you disable updates completely https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-wordpress-updates/ and turn them back on when you know updates have been released?

GeoDirectory redirect users to the home page normally after registration.

Without that plugin registration works perfectly, so it will be up to their support to tell us how to fix the issue.

Wordfence, another security plugin, does not create similar problems for example.

it’s a template, not a single page. The setting should be in yoast and should be similar to the setting used to change meta title of posts.

As I said, you should ask for support to Yoast staff for this. It’s a Yoast setting, not a GeoDirectory setting.
