Thank you, the code you gave for making the map worked, it’s causing some problems with my menu, but I will go back into divi and see if something I can change in there will fix it.
I want to fully disable and make the overlay on the right of the map.

I did this, but it just makes it so its retractable or not. I want it gone if possible, please!!The two suggestions that you gave don’t do what I’m looking for. Is there a way to just show cities, kinda like categories, so someone can select the city and the businesses in that city will show?
And one final question, I have two separate types of directories, one for businesses and the other for parks and playgrounds. So I made two custom post types. But for some reason when I try to just show my parks and playground map, it defaults to the business directory. I really hope there is a way around this.

Ah, of course. I just found where I disabled physical location. And it doesn’t make you select a location. Please mark this as solved/completed. Thank you
Also, one more thing the size of the page/map I think is conflicting with my design of the website. I had it so it wasn’t taking up the entire screen. I believe I had it at 1200 but since I added the geodirectory nowhere on my website can I see the background image, then have my content/main page.
I have the advanced search plugin installed & activated already.
Oh, man so I messed around with this – https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/ and got a lot of changes that I wanted, but can’t seem to save it. I’m on a mac, so I right click to click inspect, make the corrections under elements by double the line of code. It turns red as it “saves”, I see the changes but when I close out none of the changes stay. And I don’t see anything like a save button. I’m on chrome. If you can help me with this, I think I have most of my problems figured out.
Oh and the red line under Business needs to be green, #6b8950
okay, this is where I get stuck, IDK where or how to design my “homepage” for the directory. Do I ask those questions here?
I’m wanting my homepage for business to look like this
Okay, awesome, I think that’s partly where I messed up the first time around. Now I just found the Theme Compatibility Settings – what is the JSON code so I can import the settings? I can’t seem to find a reference for that anywhere in documents. I feel silly asking so many questions, but I want to make sure I got all the base down correctly, I’m usually very good at figuring things out.
Thank you, I tried this plugin 6 months ago and got myself so overwhelmed, that I quit! LOL. So I’m going to be around a lot. According to the video, it says I need to install the directory theme and then a child theme, do I still need to do this when I’m using DIVI theme? I’m making pages in my website for a directory, not a website that is a directory.
