Hi,

It seems that ur theme css is conflicting with plugin Flexslider css.
```
  .geodir_flexslider .slides > li{ margin:0; text-align:center;}
  .flex-direction-nav li a{ position:absolute; width:30px; height:30px; }
#geodir_carousel li{ margin:0 5px 0 0;}
```
Put this css in custom css box under
Geodirectory > Design > Scripts > Custom style css code(Box)

Plz let me know status once done.
