When i looked at the screenshot, i came to know that u didnt select which post type u want to allow to be added from frontend, so plz select an option ‘Allow post type to add from frontend’.

There is no easy way to do this at this moment. Please read how to use this function ‘get_term_link’ to achieve what u want.
