Hi,

Geodirectory supports custom post type and 2 level of categories in it. There are other way too where u can enable n level of cateogories on add new listing page but that will not work with GD system. Like u said u can create sub-sub categories just because wordpress admin allows that but GD system will support only Custom post and and 2 level of categories in it.

Please advise ?

Hi,
if u enable business listing then a dropdown will appear on add event page with the list of all listing of place post type. U can select one of them and an option to fill all the details of that Place into new event fields, like title, address etc.

Please advise ?

Hi,

Default search box has 2 fields
1. What do u want to search (it can be a keyword, name of listing, category etc) 2. Near (U can enter location here city , zip etc)

Hi,
U can select only one post type at a time on map and any other search result.

Yes Guust is right. You need custom post type adon to change those settings.
