Either I’m missing something or you still don’t understand what I need. I need to search by CPT yes, but I also need to be able to search by CATEGORY. As I have stated many times I need to search by these parameters:
CPT: Locations
Category: Specialty
Zip CodeI don’t think I can do that with the short code you gave me in your previous post. But maybe I’m missing something. I’ve added that shortcode to this page and it’s no different than what I had before http://rmcc.bwwtest.com/locations/

My client wants these search parameters exactly and this is the whole reason we went with GD. I asked pre-sales questions and showed this example and was told it would do that and more.

I am using those pages. I don’t think you understand what I need. I need the custom search fields that I asked about
I need the Physician “search page” to search by Name, Specialty or Zip as I explain in my original post.
Here is my page for Providers:
