    The updates was successful, but now I’m trying to upgrade another plugin that is not relevant to GeoDirectory, the plugin is called “Go Pricing” that is sold together with KLEO theme.

    This is the error I recieve when I try to upgrade Go Pricing plugin:
    Upgrade package not available. GeoDirectory: Please make sure your licence keys are active GD>Auto Updates.

    What does license keys for GeoDirectory have to do with this plugin?

    So I will have to do this everytime an update is available for GeoDirectory Location Manager and Payments Manager?

    Hi, how “old” does the extension have to be for the update not to be visible? For example I use GeoDirectory Location Manager 1.4.3 and Payments Manager 1.3.5 and I cannot see that there’s an update. But when I look at your page under my downloads I can see that the newest version is GeoDirectory Location Manager 1.4.4 and Payments Manager 1.3.6.

    I use other plugins with licenses, for example my theme (KLEO) has a license key so that I can recieve updates just like your plugins. I’ve had issues with this before (your updates weren’t visible because of some inteference between your licenses and theme license). This issue was fixed after that KLEO theme made an update but what keeps me careful is your extension geodir_x_force_update_1.0.1.zip. I wonder if I’ll have any issues with this plugin+other plugins/themes that have license keys?

    ok, no problem. I’ve contacted KLEO theme so they’ve put a developer on to it, seems like I’m not the only one with similar issue, but I seem to be the first one who uses geodirectory to encounter this. They’ll release KLEO version 4.0 probably next week which will fix the navigation issues with geodirectory that you have specified in your documentation. Perhaps they’ll fix this issue too.

    Yes, I’ve checked GD licenses, they should be valid.

    yes, I know, VC will not update if it is packaged with a theme and I do not have a license. BUT, as I said before, for some reason I recieved a notification that there is an update for VC to version 4.9.2 and I pressed the button “update now”, and that’s when I recieved the message:

    An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: Update package not available. GeoDirectory: Please make sure your license keys are active GD>Auto Updates.

    And I also know that the theme has not released any updates for VC for the moment so it’s quite strange, and it’s also strange that the error message mentions GD>Auto Updates because VC and GD should not have anything to do with eachother. This I why I wrote here, but maybe it has nothing to do with GD after all.

    If I visit some other page in admin then the notification that there is an update for VC dissapears… And then comes back after a day or so… This issue happens once in a while, maybe once/twice a day perhaps for the last three/four days.

    you should hire me as a bug detector.. 😀 lol..

    I have a question, I don’t know if this is a bug but I can not find where on frontend the widgets are visible that I place in the two widget-areas called “GD Author Top Section” and “GD Author Right Sidebar”. I’ve checked documentation but I can’t find anything there that tells me on what pages the widgets are show when places them into those two areas.

    Probably I’m just missing something, but I’ve checked everywhere in the configuration and frontend and can’t find anything about these two areas.

    I have tried to disable everything, only GD with addons are on, the issues still remain. No additional changes to code are made and wordpress theme is on..

    anyway, I have a developer who is working on the issue as we speak because i need to fix it ASAP.

    It doesn’t matter how many times I turn on the wordpress 2015 or 2016 theme, these issues still remain. But it’ll be fixed soon…
