The category may default in alphabetical order when places expire or downgrade.
Take this one: https://www.vistahemp.com/places/santa-barbara/awesome-test-place/
When I took out “apparel”, and left the others: bakery, dispensary, delivery, and fabrics, with fabrics as default), it defaulted to “bakery” when it expired/downgraded.
Hi Kiran-
Everything looks great except for the default category is changing after the downgrade.
https://www.vistahemp.com/places/carpinteria/logans-delivery/
I set the default category to “delivery” and added “dispensary” “apparel” and “fabrics”. After the downgrade it showed “apparel” as the default. When I bumped the package back up to Unlimited it only showed “apparel”. The others didn’t come back.
Thank you
Scott
Hi Kiran –
I was switching back and forth trying out the themes. I’ll keep it at Supreme for now. I set multiple places to expire tomorrow or 1 day and todays date. That’s somewhat confusing on how to set to downgrade. Do both fields “Alive Dates” and “Expire Date” have to be populated?
Thank you
No worries Alex. I’m glad we’re on the same page. I’ll keep my eye out for the fix.
Have a good weekend!
Hi Alex, I gave one example of each. Garden of Eden is how it should look. Canna Companion has the error.
This is an error, correct?
The first 4. Here are two examples.
I set the first two “pet” places on Ultimate earlier today and now they’re on the “Free package. So they downgraded but still have the contact information visible. Those are wrong.

I’m testing: https://www.vistahemp.com/places/santa-barbara/awesome-test-place/
I set the alive days to 0 and expire to today. So now I must wait til tomorrow to see correct?
Thank you Alex
