    Hello –

    There seems to be a possible bug in the categories department of the site.

    I’m noticing that some places have the category deleted now for some reason. I set them all up with categories when I added them. “The hidden bush” was one that I noticed. Right now its on “Add Listing” (which is the free listing). If I add the category now then update it will delete all the extra contact information.

    So I choose “Unlimited” then add category (and fix some spelling errors) then update. Now The Hidden Bush is in “Ultimate” having to wait to downgrade.

    Does The Hidden Bush now get emails notifying them of the changes that they should have never seen to begin with?

    Hello!

    I saw this when I logged in to view the listing linked in the comment above. The listing, before edit, appears to be in ‘only’ the Apparel category. When choosing to edit, the category drop down appears to be blank, with no value set.

    Why is the category being unset on edit? This is the question here.

    I will flag this for a developer to take a look. Please allow us some time, and keep the credentials active until we can provide a response. Please do also share FTP access.

    Emails are sent when the automated expiry process is allowed to execute, yes.

    Hi Scott,

    The problem has been fixed. I have tested with manual expire/downgrade process via GT Tool and it worked fine now.

    When any listing expire/downgrade in future, let us know how it goes.

    I set the alive days to 0 and expire to today. So now I must wait til tomorrow to see correct?

    Alive Days = “0” means it won’t expire, 0 = unlimited

    I set the first two “pet” places on Ultimate earlier today and now they’re on the “Free package. So they downgraded but still have the contact information visible. Those are wrong.
