    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for looking into the email issue, really appreciate that.

    Yes, the website is getting slow, we are open to any suggestions, please recommend any upgrade plan that is available, thanks.

    What i did to try to fix this email issue:
    1. created [email protected] in the email hosting.
    2. added the [email protected] to functions.php

    none of these seem to work…

    Even when listings are submitted, email notifications are not being sent…

    Hi Alex,

    sorry correction here:

    But the email notification for the listings are working. When i add new listing, i receive email notification on the new listing being added.

    when i add a listing:
    1. it does not send email notification to the author
    2. it BCC the email notification to the admin

    admin always receives the email notification whenever a listing is added.
    however the author who adds the listing, does not receive any email notification at all.

    Hi Alex,

    thanks for looking into it for me!

    yes, there is nothing in the email log when someone signs up. And also the new user does not receive any email, nor the administrator receiving the notification..

    what i did:
    1. sign up an account
    2. go to the email log to see if it captures the new user registration email
    3. go to the mailbox of administrator to check if any email come through
    4. go to the mailbox of new user to check if any email come through

    But the email notification for the listings are working. When i add new listing, i receive email notification on the new listing being added.

    Hi Guust,

    Thanks for looking into those issues for me, you been helping tremendously. I took your advice and studied the customisations. Thanks for sharing the tutorial !

    Another issue we have is the email stop working all of sudden. We used to receive emails when someone registers but now, the registration emails do not come through. I installed the email log as recommended by Alex but to no avail… it does not send any email to new user…

    Also,

    Could you please show me how to change the size of the image on the page?

    I would like it to be much shorter as the image is taking up a lot of space, thanks heaps Guust !

    I would like to have the
    1. GD CPT listing title removed
    2. CPT categories title displayed without truncated

    Under Write A Review, there is Send to Friend, i would like that Send Enquiry too, could you show me how to do it, thanks heaps 🙂

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for your swift response 🙂

    I have installed the plugin.

    Also i am having issues with Favorites.

    I added some listings to favorites and expected to see them on my profile. However when i go to my profile, there isn’t any tab for favorites (see attached), could you please help to fix this for me too, thanks 🙂

    Dear Alex, thanks for looking into this. I haven’t changed anything related to the map and it stopped working only after I uploaded other 500 listings without address. I will mass update the address and see how it goes thanks !
