Multi city, region and countries enabled

Hello,

Even with those rows deleted i get an error due to address etc. 12 of the 77 get uploaded. I notice the good ones are all from our primary location city – Buffalo NY. Anything in a different City does not. Any thoughts?
Even when I export and then try to import that same file without touching it they get rejected.

is it possible to exclude posts of a certain category using the action pre_get_posts?
