We have a Subscribe widget which links to Google feedburner but there has been talk of google removing this service.

If you use our https://userswp.io/ it allows you to sign users up at registration https://userswp.io/downloads/mailchimp/

Or there are many other plugin solutions out there.

The address is just text, you need to set the GPS info, for this you either need to :
1. move the map
2. move the marker
3. click “set address on map”
