Hi Jeff,
I am a bit weary to activate it without FTP info as i would be unable to fix it if i did, if you can also provide FTP info i will be able to get to the bottom of it.

Hi David,
I think chrome uses the name of the field which is “log” which is the same as the default wp login box, so maybe its auto filling from that, in any case both email or user name can be used in our form.

If you can ask if there is a filter for this or any docs to be able to change the output i can give you a snippet.

We have left this vanilla as there are many plugins out there that change this functionality but i’m happy to change it to something else if we can agree on something that will work for everyone. Should the owner receive a different email or no email at all etc?
