There is not individual settings but you can stop it from changing any fields, see under GeoDirectory > Settings > Locations > Settings (show advanced) > Disable set address on map from changing address fields.
Thanks,

Hello,
It shows the site as not connected?
Try this:
1. Disable maintenance mode.
2. Connect site.
3. Check if u can install addons, if not see 4.
4. if not on AyeCode connect page switch off and then back on the setting “One click addon installs, no more license key” this forces it to get new keys.Let us know if that works.
Thanks,
Stiofan
This has been released, please update core and events.
An accompanying blog post will be published later today. Thanks,

A license is not required, you can either:
1. Delete the plugin and re-install version 1.0.1
2. In geodir-converter.php (the main plugin file) change the update URL from:
Update URL: https://wpgeodirectory.com/
TO:
Update URL: https://github.com/AyeCode/geodir-converter/Thanks,

Please try now, you had some expired licenses that I think were messing it up.

Hello,
Thanks for the info. The issue was that your site connected under http but is now using https. I have added a function to check and fix this now.

March 4, 2020 at 9:44 am in reply to: Street address shows City when street address is optional and not provided #533452Hi Bruce,
Just to clear things up, we have always required an exact location, GPS to street. It is required if it’s not showing that then its a bug. We do have a feature that will fill the street with the best know info if somehow it is empty.
Some businesses do not want their exact location known as that do not cater to walk in business. But prospective customers still need to know their rough location to know that they are nearby.
At this point in time, we simply do not provide that functionality, an exact location is currently required (including street).
We do have a task to implement what you are talking about, a sort of service area, though there are a few sticking points.
1. What do we show on maps. Maps usually require an exact GPS for a pin. Our current thinking is simply don’t show anything on the archive maps and then show some sort of area map on the details page.
2. Many of our features work with sorting by distance, how do we sort those in the distance orders, i guess the only fair way it to list them last.If it was easy we would have done it a long time ago, if you know of a directory currently mixes exact locations with non-exact locations please let us know.
Your suggestions are welcome.

I have tested with that plugin and i can confirm the bug is with their plugin. I have opened a bug report https://wordpress.org/support/topic/calling-get_plugins-function-too-early/
I have installed a small drop-in plugin to get around this for now, you may still need to deactivate maintenance mode for it to fully work but you can enable that heartbeat plugin back for now if you need to.
Thanks,
Stiofan
The issue is likely the http auth, AyeCode Connect lets your site and our site talk to each other via API calls, if your site has http auth then that can’t happen.
In such cases, you would just have to enter keys manually until you remove that restriction.

Hi Kenny,
The issue is that one of your plugins (or possible the theme), is calling a function too early. It is likely a premium plugin with its own update functionality. Can you try disabling any of those one by one until the license key entry shows on the plugins screen? Once i know the cause i will be able to implement a fix properly.
Thanks,
Stiofan
February 28, 2020 at 6:58 pm in reply to: Incorrect Categories (and not full list) showing in GD Listings Gutenberg Block #532830This list only shows categories if they are not empty.
The list in the block is not refreshing to switch CPT, to get around this for now just switch to the CPT you want, save and then refresh the page and the correct categories will show.
Thanks,
Stiofan
Thanks for the info, yeah it is exactly the same issue as here https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/map-is-not-loading-in-listing-and-side-gd-sidebard/#post-482101 (you can show that link to the dev)
He is doing a blind check on a url param which can be set to anything.
Only the dev of that plugin can fix this. Thanks,
Stiofan
The issue is in the plugin there, deactivating might show if it fixes the issue.
Its impossible for me to say why its happening other than its not happening for anyone without these plugins, if you can send a copy of the plugin i can check the exact error location as to be able to help the dev track down the issue.
Stiofan
I suspect it is a similar reason to this https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/map-is-not-loading-in-listing-and-side-gd-sidebard/#post-482101
You can try contacting the dev or if you can pass me the affiliate plugin i will find the exact cause on my localhost first.
Thanks,
Stiofna
